Medicaid Services Coordination
Families with developmental disabilities frequently need services on a long term basis. Those who qualify will be referred to NACS for additional services through our Medicaid Services Coordination (MSC) Program. The NACS has experience in assisting families through the application process and will transition families when appropriate to MSC, who will establish the necessary comprehensive services.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for services coordination, one or more of the following developmental disability condition ( Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Other Neurological Impairment) must be present and must have occurred prior to age 22.
MSC Services Provided:
- On-going comprehensive service coordination.
- Assistance with obtaining benefits appropriate for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Advocacy
- Service Planning
- Referrals
