Heading into 2026, NACS continues to welcome walk-in visitors at our offices, where our team is ready to assist with a wide range of services. For questions or to connect with someone about your needs, call us between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM weekdays at 716-874-4460.

Winter Weather Advisory for Visitors

As winter continues in Buffalo, please be mindful that snow and icy conditions may affect parking availability at the NACS offices, especially on pantry days, during appointments, and for scheduled services, events, and meetings. We encourage visitors to allow extra time for parking and safe entry into the building. The building maintenance staff will continue doing their best to keep walkways clear and accessible throughout the season.
 

Holiday Hours Office Update

As we move through the holiday season, please note that NACS will be operating on adjusted office hours. Our offices will be closed on December 25 and 26, as well as January 1 and 2, to allow staff time to rest and be with their families. We encourage community members to plan ahead for services, appointments, and pantry visits during this period. Regular hours will resume following the holiday closures.

 

A New NACS Site Is Coming in 2026

 In 2026, NACS will launch a new website designed to better serve our community. With a focus on accessibility, storytelling, and connection, the new site will highlight our programs, elevate community voices, and make it easier to engage with NACS in meaningful ways.
